Honey Mustard Beets

A quick and easy sauce for beets.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons butter
• 6  cups beets, cooked and diced
• 2  tablespoons dijon-style mustard
• 2  tablespoons honey

Directions

1. Melt butter in a large saute pan, and add the beets.
2. Toss to coat.
3. Add the mustard and honey.
4. Continue cooking until beets are heated through.
