Honey Milk Puddings

A bit like a creme caramel, but with no egg! Really easy to make!

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons gelatin
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 2 3⁄4 cups milk
• 1⁄4 cup caster sugar
• 3  tablespoons honey
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Heat Gelatine and water in saucepan, stir till disolved.
2. Add milk, sugar, honey, and vanilla and heat for 5 minutes.
3. Poor into 6 molds,
4. refrigerate overnight,.
5. To serve unmold the puddings onto plates then drizzle with honey.
