Honey Lime Vinegarette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 cup canola oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients except oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add the oil until it's well incorporated.
- Chill or server immediately over mixed greens or salad of your choice.
