Honey Lime Salad

For those of you out there who are fond of honeydew melon.Found in a cookbook at my local library called Quickies 2. This would probably work well with cantaloupe too.

• Serves: 2
• Yields: 3 1/4 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1  lime, grated
• 1  teaspoon honey
• 2  cups  cubed  cooked chicken
• 1  cup  cubed honeydew melon

Directions

1. Mix together sour cream, lime peel and honey.
2. Toss with chicken and melon. Chill until ready to serve.
3. You can either save the lime for something else or throw it out.
