Honey in the Slaw (Coleslaw)

Lovely sweet sour dressing. Make ahead salad.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4  cups  finely shredded green cabbage
• 1⁄2 cup green sweet pepper, diced (1/4-inch dice)
• 1⁄4 cup  red pepper, diced (1/4-inch)
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise (Lite is fine)
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1  tablespoon vinegar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
•  pepper

Directions

1. Toss the cabbage & peppers, set aside.
2. Whip the remaining ingredients together. Add to cabbage/peppers and toss well.
3. Cover & chill for approx 1 hour.
