Honey-Glazed Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 can beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled cooked,drained,and cut up
Directions
- In a skillet combine beef broth, honey, cornstarch, grated orange peel, and ground cinnamon.
- Heat over medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook over low heat for 10 min.
- ,basting frequently.
- Serve and enjoy.
