Honey-Glazed Chicken with Sherry

The skin on this chicken is the best. It's sweet and crispy with it's unique flavor. This recipe was given to me by Jibril. I took the juices from the chicken afterwards and poured it on top of my buttered mashed potatoes. It was fantastic. Show more

  1. preheat to 400 degrees.
  2. combine sherry and honey in a cup.
  3. brush the mixture on the chicken and under the skin, as well.
  4. bake for 40 minutes or until chicken's juice comes clear from fork.
