Honey Glaze

Yields: 1/3 cup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 small orange, juice of
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Place all the ingredients together in a screw top jar and shake well, until mixed. Use as a glaze for chicken, pork or bread. To use when roasting chicken or pork, simply remove the meat from the oven just before the end of it's cooking time, brush generously with the glaze, then return the to the oven and roast for a final 4-5 minutes.
