Honey Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in 1 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Marinade
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons finely diced ginger
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce (tamari)
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- Combine chicken with marinade ingredients, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add half the marinated chciken with the marinade and stirfry 1 minute. Remove from wok with a slotted spoon and set asidew. Add remaining chicken and stirfry 1 minute. Return the reserved chicken to the wok with soy sauce and stirfry 2 more minutes. chicken should be just cooked through and slightly carmelized. Serve.
