Honey-Drambuie Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup finely minced onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup drambuie
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 orange, sliced (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Combine first six ingredients; mix well and shape into 1 inch balls and place in 10 x 15 baking pan
- Whisk flour in a small amount of orange juice until smooth; add remaining orange juice, lemon juice, Drambuie, and honey
- Place in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly
- Brush meatballs with glaze and bake for 25 minutes, basting with additional glaze twice during baking. Garnish with orange slices
