Honey Cranberry Sauce

Here's another Holiday Helper I found in the Calgary Herald today.

Yields: 2 cups

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until berries pop and sauce is thickened.
  4. Remove cinnamon sticks and bay leaf; cool.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
