Honey Citrus Iced Tea

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in kettle; add tea bags, cover and steep for 3 minutes, then discard tea bags.
  2. Pour tea into a pitcher.
  3. Add 2 oranges and 1 lemon; all 3 peeled and sectioned and stir in orange juice, lemon juice and honey.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Peel and section the remaining orange and lemon and freeze them during refrigeration of tea mix.
  6. Strain and discard fruit from tea.
  7. Stir in ginger ale.
  8. Add frozen fruit slices and serve.
