Honey Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb carrot (frozen or fresh, peeled and sliced)
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Directions
- Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Drain, reserve 1/4 cup of the carrot liquid.
- Combine reserved carrot liquid, honey, butter and brown sugar.
- Stir well and pour over carrots.
- Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly.
