Ingredients
- 1 (100 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup honey
- 6 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1⁄2 cup onion, sauted
- 1 cup red pepper, sauted
Directions
- Drain and rinse chick peas.
- Place drained and rinsed chick peans in roaster, slow cooker or saucepan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chick peas.
- Bake in saucepan, stirring occassionaly 1 hour or.
- Roast in 350 degree oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or.
- slow cook in your slow cooker for 8 hours.
