Honey Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a small saucepan, and cook, over low heat, for 3 minutes, to melt honey.
  3. Whisk a couple of times.
  4. Place chicken, skin side down, in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake about 30 minutes.
  7. Turn, pour on sauce, season with more salt and pepper.
  8. Bake about 20 minutes more longer, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, basting once or twice.
