Honey-Apple Cider Vinaigretee Dressing

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup hot water
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup shallot, minced
Directions
- Combine honey and mustard and mix in hot water until honey is dissolved, mix in remaining ingredients. Chill and serve! The longer the shallots sit in the dressing the less onion flavor they have. Everything can be adjusted to taste!
