Honey and Oat Cookies

This recipe comes from "Chef Bobo's Good Food Cookbook" I haven't made these. This is another small batch recipe for those times when you only want a few cookies. it is easily up-sized if you want to make more. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together in a med bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the honey and egg yolk.
  5. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  6. Roll dough into 14 equal sized balls.
  7. Place balls on prepared cookies sheets, leaving approx 3 inches between to allow for spreading.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and just firm.
  9. Cool on a rack.
