Honey Almond Mascarpone Toast

Ingredients
- 125 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon wildflower honey
- 1 tablespoon sliced blanched almond
Directions
- Roast the almonds until golden-brown about 2min using a skillet.
- Mix the almonds the cream cheese and the honey coarsely.
- Serve over toasted multigrain bread topped with finely sliced strawberries.
