Hominy Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans hominy, drained
- 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 2 1/2 quart cassserole.
- Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.
