Ingredients
- 1 (10 lb) can white hominy
- 1 (1 lb) container sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup green chili pepper, chopped
- 16 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
- pre-heat oven to 350.
- combine all ingredients.
- pour into greased baking dish.
- bake until hot and bubbly.
