Homemade Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease and flour a 9x5 bread pan.
- Mix together Pumpkin, Eggs, Oil, Milk and Sugar until well blended.
- Whisk together Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a separate bowl.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour into bread pans.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes. Bread is done when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
