Homemade Protein Rich Cocoa

This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 13 cup powdered milk
  • 3  teaspoons  baking cocoa
  • 2 12-3  teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (2 packets)
  • 1  scoop  unflavored  protein powder
  • 1  tablespoon  sugar free vanilla davinci  syrup (recommended for Vanilla Cocoa) (optional)

Directions

  1. If you want a nice thick, rich, creamy co-co -- play with the amt. of dry milk powder. I 'guesstimate' with it to get a consistancy I like.
  2. I also mix 1/3 of the water in while warm (not hot) to blend it completely -- then add the really HOT stuff last!
