Homemade Non-GMO Baking Powder

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon  non-gmo cornstarch
• 2  teaspoons cream of tartar

Directions

1. Sift ingredients together three times through a very fine sieve.
2. Store in an airtight container or make up as needed.
3. It's very easy to make up exactly what you need as you need it since the ratio is just a 1:1:2.
