  • 1  cup water
  • 2 -3  drops  peppermint oil

  1. Mix together in a clean container. Shake before each use. Do not swallow. Store in a dark cupboard or medicine cabinet. (sunlight causes essential oils to lose their potency).I suggest using distilled or boiled water.
