Homemade Mayonnaise

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 cups vegetable oil
Directions
- Whir up first 3 ingredients in a food processor until just combined.
- Slowly pour the oil in a small stream while the processor is on. This is very important! Don't rush.
- When you've added all the oil, the mayo will have a thick consistency. Pop it in a container in the fridge and use as needed.
