Homemade Granola - the Best!

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (I use pecans)
- 3⁄4 cup sweetened coconut
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
- Combine oats, nuts, cocnut and all the brown sugar in a small bowl then combine with the remaining ingredients. Pour onto a sheet pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring every 15 minutes for even color.
