Homemade Garlic Sausage

Yields: 2 lbs
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1⁄3 cup wine
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill overnight.
- Stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
- Hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45°F).
