Homemade Ferrero Rocher Chocolates!

if you are a fan of ferrero rocher's then these are definately for you!

Ready In: 30 mins

Yields: 20 chocolates

Ingredients

  • 1  packet  nestle  dark chocolate melts
  • 25  g Copha
  •  nutella
  • 20  unsalted hazelnuts or 20  almonds
  •  crushed  nuts

Directions

  1. Melt copha and chocolate together.
  2. Pour a little into ice cube trays.
  3. Refrigerate/freeze to set.
  4. Spoon a bit of nutella into the centre of each chocolate.
  5. Place nut in the centre of each chocolate.
  6. Top with remaining chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  8. Place in freezer for 15-20 mins.
