Homemade Creamy Irish Cream

My wife loves Baileys Irish Cream and we have gone to a ketogenic diet, so I wanted to quit having to run to the store for more Baileys and I wanted to see if I could improve on the flavor and texture of the famous Irish Cream. My wife believes this is creamier and a few friends that don't like Irish whiskey claim they love this. I've kept it in the refrigerator for a week or two with no problems so far. Rarely lasts that long. Enjoy! Show more
