Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Serves: 8
Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
Directions
- Bring sugar, salt, water to boil in medium pan.
- Add Cranberries and simmer until 2/3 of the berries have burst (about 5 min).
- Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
- Will save for up to a week in fridge.
