Homemade Breading for Baking in the Oven

Shake 'N' Bake for chicken and fish

• Yields: 4 cups

Ingredients

• 4  cups  packaged  corn flake crumbs
• 4  teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
• 4  teaspoons paprika
• 2  teaspoons poultry seasoning
• 1  tablespoon  Italian herb seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon onion powder

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Place in an airtight container.
3. Mix well before using.
4. Plan on using 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of the breading mix for each chicken or fish pc.
5. Makes 4 cups.
