- 6 lbs pork
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion salt
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon blood orange ginger (Bulk Barn)
Directions
- Cut meat into 1" cubes.
- Add spicing.
- Grind, or double grind.
