Home Made Chili's Salsa

Yields: 8 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans del monte diced tomatoes with zesty green chilies
- 6 medium canned jalapeno slices, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 8 teaspoons green chilies, chopped canned
- 29 ounces hunt's whole peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- 1 In a food blender place jalapenos and onions.
- 2 Prossess for just a few seconds.
- 3 Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin.
- 4 Process al ingredients until well blended, but do not puree.
- 5 Place in covered container and chill.
- 6 A couple of hours of chilling will help blend and enrich the flavor.
