Holiday Spiced Fruit Punch

Yields: 5 quarts
Ingredients
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 quart pineapple juice
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups water
- 2 quarts ginger ale
- 1⁄2 cup Captain Morgan's spiced rum (optional)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 whole cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
Directions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ginger ale and Captain Morgan's Rum.
- Let chill overnight or at least 3 hours. Strain.
- Add ginger ale and the rum.
- Pour into punchbowl. Add frozen ring or ice cubes.
- Garnish with slices of orange and lemon.
