Holiday Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (20 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup canned mincemeat
- 1 1⁄2 cups pecan pieces
Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in mixing bowl.
- Blend in eggs, oil, pumpkins and mincemeat.
- Stir in nuts by hand.
- Then pour into 5 greased and floured 7 x 3 1/2" bread pans.
- Bake at 350 until bread is golden brown on top and passes the toothpick test.
- Average 50 min and less time for smaller pans.
