Directions

  1. Pulse candy canes in a food processor until crumbly, set aside on small plate.
  2. Melt chocolate in a small flat bowl in the microwave. The bowl should be just large enough to dip the mini martini glasses. (I recommend microwaving in small amount of intervals, 10-15 seconds at a time until just melted.).
  3. Dip each glass in melted chocolate and then immediately dip in crushed peppermint; chill in the refrigerator to set until ready to serve.
  4. Using a cocktail shaker, first mix half the vodka and half the coconut liquor with ice and shake for 15 seconds, pour into chocolate peppermint rimmed glasses. This serves four mini cocktails.
  5. Repeat with remaining half of mixture and serve the remaining cocktails.
