Holiday Cranberry Orange Loaf

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons blood orange olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄3 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups multi-purpose flour
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Stir together oil and sugar until well blended. Stir in egg, carefully stir in buttermilk.
- Add cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Mix in flour, once combined add dried cranberries.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
