Holiday Appetizer Puffs

Cute and easy little appetizers cut in holiday shapes!

• Yields: 18 appetizers

Ingredients

• 1  sheet puff pastry (1/2 of 17.5 oz package)
• 2  tablespoons olive oil

• TOPPINGS

•  parmesan cheese or  sesame seeds or  poppy seeds or  dried dill weed or  dried basil or  paprika or   green sliced ripe olives

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Roll pastry on lightly floured surgace to 13x13 square.
3. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters (simple shapes work best).
4. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
5. Brush cut-outs lightly with oil.
6. Decorate with desired toppings.
7. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
