Hoisin-Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (see Tip)
- 1 scallion, minced
Directions
- Shake all in a jar to combine.
- Tip: To toast sesame seeds, place in a small dry skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
