Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large, non-reactive stock pot. Simmer over low heat for 2-hrs or until proper thickness has been achieved. Should coat the back of a spoon without running off of it.
  2. ladle into pint sized mason jars with seal ring lids. follow canning instructions for sealing properly.
