My grandparents were originally from West Virginia and hillbilly hotdogs are always eaten at family reunions and family events during the summer even though most of the family lives in northern Indiana now. I personally like a sweet chili and a peppery coleslaw. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1  hot dog
  • 1⁄4 cup  chili
  • 1⁄4 cup  Coleslaw
  •  diced onion (optional)
  • 1  hot dog bun

Directions

  1. Place the hotdog in the bun and top with chili, then coleslaw and the onions.
