- 1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup balkan style yogurt
- 1 scoop whey protein (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup mixed berry
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat granola
Directions
- Poor yogurt in desired bowl.
- Stir in whey protein.
- Place berries on top.
- Sprinkle granola on top.
