  1. Heat a large pan at medium heat on the stove and spray with oil.
  2. In a small, shallow bowl, whisk together the egg whites, whey protein, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip your bread into the mixture and place both slices on the pan.
  4. Pour any left over egg protein mixture over your bread slices on the stove.
  5. Flip once the underside is crispy and cook for about 3-5 minutes on the other side.
  6. Place the frozen blueberries in a small bowl with 2 teaspoons of water and microwave for 45 seconds. Make sure to cover!
  7. When your french toast is done, place on a plate and top with the warm blueberries and sugar free syrup.
