Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄2 cup soy flour
- 1 2⁄3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on Whole Wheat Cycle.
