High-Protein Crepes

Yields: 3 Crepes
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition in Birthday Cake flavor)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- fat (for cooking, butter, ghee or oil of choice)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients well with a whisk or fork. A blender or nutribullet can be used, but isn't necessary if mixed well.
- Melt fat in a 6 inch frying pan over medium low heat.
- Add 1/3 of the batter to the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
- Flip when small bubbles form on surface and crepes slides easily around in pan.
- Cook an additional minute or so.
- Serve warm with butter or whipped cream.
