High Energy Mix

Ingredients

  • 13 cup raisins
  • 13 cup  unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 13 cup  diced  dried apricot
  • 13 cup  diced dried mango (optional)
  • 23 cup  pumpkin seeds
  • 23 cup  almonds
  • 23 cup sunflower seeds
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne (optional, only if you want it spicy!)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Separate into 1/3 cup portions. Enjoy!
