Hidden Valley Artichoke Appetizer Fingers

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups  shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 (6 ounce) jars  marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8  soda crackers, crushed (unsalted tops)
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet  hidden valley  original ranch dressing mix
  • 4  eggs, beaten
  • 13 cup  minced green onion

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, artichoke hearts, soda crackers, seasoning mix, eggs, and green onion and stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered 8x8-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  5. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
