Hi-rise Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups warm milk, 110 f
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
- Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Stir down batter; bake in hot, greased waffle iron until waffles are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
