Hey Presto Chicken Pasta

Yields: 1 large serving bowl
Ingredients
- 1 kg skinless chicken breast fillet
- 30 g butter
- 2 leeks
- 1 onion
- 1 (400 g) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 ml ground cinnamon
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 ml salt
- 3 ml ground black pepper
- 250 g ribbon noodles
Directions
- Peel and chop onion, wash and slice leeks,wipe and slice mushrooms.
- Fry chicken in butter until brown remove, set aside.
- Fry onion, leeks, mushrooms and red bell pepper in same pan until tender.
- Return chicken to pan add can of cream of mushroom soup cinnamon and salt and pepper, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer five minutes.
- Remove from heat cover and keep warm.
- Cook pasta in plenty of rapidly boiling salted water until tender, drain and place in a serving dish spoon chicken and sauce over pasta.
- Serve hot.
