Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, oregano, and cumin. Whisk to combine. Gradually add olive oil, continuing to whisk briskly.
- Serve over chilled salad greens.
